She is the creator of the signature program: “The Body Balance Program,” a unique approach designed to help you figure out what is causing your health issues and find out if you have hidden food sensitivities, infections like yeast, bacteria or parasites, high or low cortisol levels, digestive problems and hormonal fluctuations that may be keeping you from losing weight and feeling great.
Karen can help you by showing you how to use nutrition to have more energy, lose weight, and balance your blood sugar so you can feel your best.
A Note From Karen:
I’ve been where you are now. There was a time when chocolate was in control of me and made me feel helpless. Sugar is a true addiction, just like drugs or alcohol. It made me feel like I had lost control and I would beat myself up over it.
My energy would fluctuate and I couldn’t resist ANY chocolate that was around me; unless it was cheap chocolate. I had insomnia, muscle aches and I would get sick a lot.
Most of all, I wasn’t happy and I felt that I couldn’t help people the way I truly wanted to. I decided that as I was reaching middle age, I needed to be as healthy as I could be so that I could have more energy and prevent diseases like cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.
I tweaked how I was eating and found out that it’s not all about willpower but about WHAT I was eating that made me addicted to food. I still eat chocolate but I’m in control now. That’s a great feeling!”
