A health coach (or health counselor) is a wellness guide and supportive mentor. Together, we’ll work to achieve your goals in areas such as weight loss, food cravings, sleep and energy.
Working with me, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the foods and lifestyle choices that work best for you. You’ll adopt lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance, and health without counting calories or starving yourself!

A Holistic Approach

Instead of prescribing one program for all people, I use a personalized, holistic approach, based on your needs. I practice Bio-individuality. As we work together, we look at how all parts of your life are connected and affect your health as a whole.

Less Cravings & Off One of My Diabetic Meds!
