1½ cup gluten free flour blend
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 cup healthy sweetener (raw organic agave, Lakanto, coconut sugar)
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
½ cup Chipotle Vegenaise or use (½ spicy and ½ regular)
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In large bowl whisk together flour, cocoa, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Add the wet ingredients and whisk until combined.
Bake for 20-25 minutes in pan greased with coconut oil or make cupcakes.
