Pumpkin RecipeIngredients:

  • ½ cup almond or coconut milk unsweetened
  • ½ cup organic green tea
  • ½ cup organic pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling)
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed
  • ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 scoop Pea protein powder (Love & Peas)
  • 1 scoop green powder (Natures Harvest)
  • Ice
  • Cinnamon

Directions:

Blend all together except cinnamon. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Enjoy!
