The entire month of April we will be sharing Gluten Free healthy snacking ideas and recipes. We believe that eating gluten free should taste good and be enjoyable!
- One bunch of Kale
- 1/4 cup Garlic Flavored Grapeseed Oil or Olive Oil
- Lemon juice of 1 lemon
- Garlic, one clove chopped or shredded
- Nutritional Yeast to taste
- Sea Salt
- Red Pepper Flakes to taste
Clean and cut up kale off stems into large bowl. Mix about ½ cup olive oil with one fresh squeezed lemon, fresh garlic, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes to taste. Pour over kale and add nutritional yeast. Marinate in refrigerator. Lasts for days!
