- 2 small organic avocados (peeled and cup up)
- Red Onion (few slices)
- Organic Garlic Clove
- 1 Tablespoon Lowfat Mayo or Vegenaise
- 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tablespoon Non dairy Sour Cream
- 1 Fresh Lime Squeezed
- Hot Sauce to taste
Blend all together. Serve with veggies or Organic whole grain tortilla chips. Enjoy!
