Ingredients:


      • 2 small organic avocados (peeled and cup up)
      • Red Onion (few slices)
      • Organic Garlic Clove
      • 1 Tablespoon Lowfat Mayo or Vegenaise
      • 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
      • 1 Tablespoon Non dairy Sour Cream
      • 1 Fresh Lime Squeezed
      • Hot Sauce to taste 


Directions:
Blend all together. Serve with veggies or Organic whole grain tortilla chips. Enjoy!
