- 1/3 cup Agave Nectar, Maple Syrup, Xylitol or Lakanto (C)
- 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 1/3 cup Cocoa Powder
- 1 Avocado
- 1/2 cup Coconut Milk
- Strawberries for Dipping (optional)
Blend sweetener, vanilla, and cocoa until well mixed. Crumble avocado and add to food processor or blender until smooth and blended well. Serve with strawberries and garnish with mint. Enjoy!
Yield: Makes about 2-3 servings.
